Little Caesar's is the best pizza in Elizabeth City. I know it's crazy, but seriously. I've had pizza from everywhere here and this place is just the best for some reason

Lord the amount of flavor in these things is beyond delicious i would eat these all day if i could and the freshness is amazing and i love how its not to much or not to less its well portioned

The wings were extremely smalland overcookedwith too much pepper. They were cold and tasted old. I will not order the wings again. The pizza was good. The bread sticks were not as good as usual and smaller than usual.
