Why some much ice in. the horchata?
Took ice out had 1/2 foam cup of horchata
Left didn't get my whole foam cup of horchata
Watered the flavor down.
Will not order from them again!

Our first time ordering Los Bertos from Door Dash. My Torta was good but fell apart after the third bite--the bread had become so soggy that it could no longer hold its contents. The flavor was good but the experience wasn't. My wife asked me to try the guacamole...it was blended into a cream and bore no resemblance to traditional guacamole other than in the color. Our Dasher was polite and considerate in her duties.
