Birthday Boy wanted H4. Lotus Pho's Egg Noodle Soup / Mì La Cay  and was not disappointed.  He also got A9. Salt and Pepper Shrimp / Tôm Chiên Giòn  that were awesome! We also tried moS1. Honey Walnut Shrimp / Tôm Chiên Hạt Walnut  and M2. Mongolian Beef / Bò Xào Mông Cổ  that came with good sticky rice and both were excellent.  The Vietnamese Iced Coffee  and Passion Fruit beverages were great. Honestly this was the best meal we've had since we've been in Tahoe!!

Pho was ok. The noodles were not cooked well and the meat had  a lot of gristle. I paid for extra broth and it was a tiny bit. Not worth the extra for the amount

V5. Stir Fried / Bún Xào with Chicken was pretty perfect. Hit all the notes, spicy but not punishing. The greens and pickled veg were fresh tasting. definitely recommend. I should have started with theA1. Fresh Spring Rolls / Gỏi Cuốn because I was too full to really enjoy it. same fresh greens and noodles shrimp was good. just a lot of wrapper on a full belly. I loved the Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Frozen vegetables still felt frozen in my fried rice, quality was subpar and the plate size was disappointing.  Overall for $20 not worth it would rather go to Panda Express. Would not order again.

Vietnamese Iced Coffee was everything I needed for an afternoon perk.  All thanks to  your staff for always reading the notes. For the  V1. Grilled Shrimp & Egg Rolls / Bún Tôm Nướng Chả Giò changing out the shrimp for tofu... and making it spicy for me. Always top notch nourishment!! As always, quick service & super  fresh!
