Jumbo Meal ComboHappiness Plate portion size was a bit small but the original chicken and spicy chicken was delicious and flavourful

I keep having problems with this restaurant. Every time I visit the store, the staff seem to be fooling around instead of focusing on their work. My orders are often incorrect, and today the fries were hard and tasted unusual, while I received only 3 nuggets instead of what I ordered. This is very disappointing. The staff need to pay more attention to their work, check orders carefully, and improve food quality and customer service.

It tasted alright. The chicken piece in the burger was tough to eat and it felt like I was fighting it. It also didn't look right, the meat is a lot flatter and the packaging is quite small. The cold drink made everything else cold. I wouldn't recommend getting delivery if they can't figure out how to deliver cold and hot items together
