everything was incredibly delicious. the salmon was perfectly cooked, I loved the sweet potatoes and tumeric rice. the MBK Buttermilk Biscuit - with whipped ricotta and jam was delightful, generous amount of ricotta and jam to accompany.

I'm actually so glad I tried this! it's exactly what you want when you still want to be healthy and on a diet. I ordered the chicken with sweet potatoes and Mac and cheese. the portion was a full chicken breast considering lately places have been skimping on portions. it was grilled and the potatoes were roasted. simple but still flavourful and I can feel good about it! will be ordering again

The portion of my order seemed smaller than previous orders of the same dish. The steak was overcooked, resulting in a blackened outer layer, and the salmon was also significantly smaller and overcooked.

I ordered this while I was at work. I needed something nourishing and filling. I saw the reviews and decided to order even though it was a bit far. I'm soooooo glad I did. WOW. This was absolutely delicious & filling. I finished every bite doing my little dance lol. Yes I think most women do a little wiggle happy dance when it's yummy food. lol. I forgot to ask for salt and pepper for my eggs but honestly you don't need it. I had the salad dressing that kinda went with everything. The eggs were cooked perfectly fluffy & delicious. The turkey sausage were delicious not burnt (not sure why places burn them when ordering) everything was the perfect amount to satisfy you. Highly recommend. And this is a definite reorder for me.

Great flavours. 1st time trying and very satisfied Be Square steak and chicken were a good size portion of the protein with the choice of sides. We had the grilled broccoli and the grilled sweet potato and grilled avocado. The pesto sauce with the chicken was very good and the sauce with the steak was some kind of lime & cilantro? They both were delicious. Well done! Thank you for a great experience.🙌🏽
