• 12/11/24I've gone to McAllister's for 15+ years at least. I've always loved their food and tea. I've ordered from them twice in the past 2 months, and I don't know what has happened to them. They have gone massively downhill. The sandwich I got 2 days ago was awful! It was basically stale bread with the meat cut into pieces. The chicken club usually comes jn 4 pieces and is thick. This was not. No pickle. They didn't even put one of our sandwiches in a box. They just wrapped it with cheap paper and stuck it in the bag. It is far from worth the money now! I thought it was a fluke 2 months ago, but since it happened again 2 days ago, I can only assume it has gone downhill. The tea is still good although that have cut down in the size of their cups.

• 15/12/21The chicken and dumplings is sad. It has no seasoning, or veggies, just rubbery chicken, and disintegrated dumplings. , and the harvest chicken salad is delicious, but there was barely any on the sandwich, and the croissant was old. They forgot to put one of my side dishes in the bag. I can remember when McAlister's was all about quality, and I'm afraid those days are gone.

• 29/08/24A bit disappointed in the French dip sandwich. I have ordered this sandwich multiple times and used be satisfied with it, this time I am not happy because the roast beef is of lower quality and it gad pieces of grissel. I hate grissel! It's gross!!
Also I have ordered the potato salad many times but this time, BOTH orders were much smaller than before. Very disappointed with my order today.

• 27/09/24My order was not the quality im use too!! My Harvest chicken salad came flat with little chicken salad but filled with a lot of lettuce and tomato!! The crousant litterally was flat not fluffy and did not taste fresh at all!! The chicken dumpling soup was okay but was very bland!! Overall I was not happy with this
