I frequently order from this McDonald’s location, especially breakfast, and unfortunately there have been several times where my order is incorrect. My usual breakfast order is a sausage McMuffin, hash brown, and a caramel frappé. The hash browns are consistently good, but my sausage McMuffin often comes with egg even though I specifically order the version without egg.
Another recurring issue is with the frappés. I’ve noticed they often come in a much smaller size than expected, and the DoorDash menu doesn’t provide any sizing options, which makes it confusing to know what is actually being ordered. I’ve previously received much larger frappés from this same location, so the inconsistency is frustrating.
I understand mistakes happen, especially during busy hours, but these issues happen often enough that it’s becoming disappointing as a regular customer. I’d appreciate more consistency and attention to order accuracy moving forward.

I’ve ordered the Caramel Frappé multiple times, and unfortunately the size has been inconsistent. When I order a regular/medium Caramel Frappé, I expect it to come in the regular-sized cup, roughly comparable to a medium soda. However, more often than not, I receive what appears to be a small-sized Frappé while still being charged the full price for the size I ordered.
I understand that cup sizes may vary somewhat depending on the drink, but receiving a noticeably smaller drink than what I paid for is frustrating, especially when it happens repeatedly. I’d really appreciate it if the location would make sure the correct size is being prepared for DoorDash orders.

Taste was actually bland, maybe thats why it was smothered in sauce. Sauce was everywhere, regret not taking a picture of how messy it was. When I took a bite, it didnt even taste like the usual taste of their patties, something seemed off.

Underwhelmed by the fries, which are usually the best part... they were so undercooked that they were bendy and balled up. They literally fell out of the fry sleeve in a ball with a thud.
