I love McDonald's breakfast, but this is the second time I've placed an order and an item was missing, but I was charged for it. Fortunately, DoorDash provides refunds for missing items, but the restaurants people aren't paying attention when they're filling the orders.

McChicken was terrible. I added 4 more ingredients a and I paid for those, and they were never included in my order.

I ordered a pumkin pie and they gave me an apple pie. They never contacted me to tell me if they were out of pumpkin pie and substituted it for something else.
