• 20/04/26My burger was cold the bun was dry and stale.
The drink that I bought was 3 quatres full ,it had no ice, and it was warm had about 15 fries in my chip box .
It didn't come with my mcflury.
I paid for a large meal and got a small one in a medium size packaging..

• 23/04/26Two items were missing, chips were stone cold and not fresh at all, one apple pie was burnt? How I don't know but only half could be eaten. Spicy burger was hot and freshly made so that was a plus but the other burger was just warm especially when compared to the spicy one....beyond disappointing, as usually from Bateau Bay Maccas.

• 08/06/26McDonald's took over 30 minutes longer to prepare my order than what it was originally supposed to take. Not only that they made my Dasher wait for over 10 minutes to hand over my order once they arrived there. Once my food arrived I immediately opened and checked my order, my fries were cold and there was no salt on them, my Double Quarter Pounder was cold and was missing the mustard, onions and pickles that's meant to be on the burger and my chocolate shake was half melted. My dasher got to my house reasonably fast and the McDonald's isn't that far from my house, so it definitely wasn't my Dasher's fault for the temperature of my food.

• 08/04/25stone cold burned burger. chips cold and half full. Hash brown missing. Both chocolate shakes were vanilla.
