The Big Mac was perfect and my puppies enjoyed the nuggets ! Only problem was not enough drink in cup.

Service was great! Michael was polite, and quick on the delivery. That said;
The burger patties were stone cold, as evidenced by unmelted cheese slices. Big Macs had one (1) extra pickle slice. I don't find that to be "extra." And the fries? Again, stone cold and greasy. Now this order only had to travel 5 blocks to our apartment. So unless Michael had his a/c blasting (unlikely), our fries were ready for the waste bucket. McDonald's has been hit and miss lately; mostly miss. Door Dash at your own risk.

The food tasted very stale like it would be sitting there for about an hour, so with the french fries it was all very stale and tasted very bland and the way they packed my french fries made it spill all over the bag

It was ok, mediocre at best, but it was obvious the order was done well in advance of the driver's arrival. This McDonald's has told me that baskets of fries are always made fresh, yet this was not the case. Both orders of fries were lukewarm at best, and my Big Macs were stone cold. It might be better if they waited until the driver showed to prepare the order.

This was awful. The lettuce was literally brown. Not just one or two pieces, all of it was brown. The chicken was a weird texture and my fries were half empty.
