Second order in a to where an food item was mad without the extra patty that was paid for. Chicken was hard and chewy. Almost no mayo.

Ordered Big Breakfast® with Hotcakes, extra scrambled eggs and a large Iced Caramel Macchiato. Dasher was quick and my food was still hot but, I didn't get the hotcakes or the extra scrambled eggs and my Iced Caramel Macchiato was only 2/3's full. At least I got the syrup this time.

Ordered a hot caramel coffee, got a frozen carame coffee. It's not the same! Waste of money for the item and the door dash fee.

It's absolutely crazy that McDonald's, above all else, actually gets everything right. If only the really nice and expensive places could do the same! My first time ordering from micky D's and they did not disappoint!!!!
