I’m requesting a refund or credits for my order because multiple items were incorrect and the food quality was unacceptable.
The large Coke I paid extra for was only filled about halfway despite the cup being sealed and not leaking. The large fries were also only about half full and were cold and stale.
I also paid extra for toppings on my burgers including tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and additional customizations that were missing from the order. The sandwiches were poorly made, smashed together, and several paid extras were not included.
Overall, almost every item in the order had an issue, and the food quality did not match what was paid for. The total order was close to $30 and the experience was extremely disappointing.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie was 10/10 fries were good just wish they had a little more salt but overall it was great.

Whoever put my 2nd 10pc together deserves a raise all nuggets were stood sideways 5 tall and looked perfectly oriented if someone does this at a job like this you have high ceilings in life
