• 10/05/22Big Mac lacked cheese and the patties were undercooked. Not to mention it wasn't packaged properly and every bit of the burger was all over the box.

• 26/08/22I rarely eat fast food but whenever I crave for fries, my go to is my fave fries from McDonald's. The delivery was fast as we are very close to the Main Street location (probably only abt 2-3min drive), but I was very disappointed that the fries were quite cold and soggy already. I had ordered from this location before and the fries were still piping hot and crispy. I would have appreciated if the fries are freshly cooked and not served when it's lapsed already. Also, I am just wondering why I cannot make a special request for the triple chocolate milk shake? I just wanted to know if less sugar/ chocolate syrup is possible. The chocolate flavour is really good but it's just way too sweet for me.

• 17/01/26Items are all old, fries were very stale and the bread on all my Sausage 'N Egg McMuffin [430.0 Cals] were all old and rock hard.
