That was the best McDouble I've had in years. It was made exactly how I asked with no cheese ketchup only. Everything was perfect. The French Fries came to me fresh and hot still. My Caramel Frappé was excellent. Not crunchy with ice bits it was blended all the way. Not runny or syrupy. Usually I add an espresso shot but I forgot to lol. But I was highly impressed with this order. They came through for me on this one! Thank you so much and happy new year!

Honestly the worse quality McDonald's has done I would never order it again it was small, smashed, and less then 1/10th an onion on it and didn't seem fresh at all super Dry burger the HERSHE 'S Chocolate Chip Frappéy was good though

The fries were so cold and had many overly-hard French Fries that couldn't be eaten like they were so old, and they were supersalty when we specifically asked for NO salt. We requested the McDouble have just mustard and extra onions (no ketchup or pickles). We got the exact opposite, only ketchup and pickles, no mustard or onions. The rest tasted ok, but my McFlurry looked like half of it was missing, and it wasn't the doordash guy bcz it was all sealed and got here fast, we live close. This is the 2nd messed up order we got from mcdonalds this week. Not sure why, they used to do well.

Hello. I ordered 2 meals, and each meal includes a drink. However, I only received 1 drink instead of 2.
The bag was sealed and not damaged, so this appears to be a kitchen mistake rather than the driver’s fault.
Could you please review this and issue a refund or credit for the missing drink?
