• 23/04/23this is the first steak bagel that I've had that was actually good like it used to be pre COVID. so happy I decided to try one more time because in Riverview and palmetto it just wasn't good

• 01/10/23Iced Caramel Macchiato was not full or made correctly. Tasted like caramel iced coffee. Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel Meal was good.

• 30/03/25Chicken nuggets were way overcooked and inedible. Dark brown, chewy, and dry. The only thing that could have slightly saved them was some moisture, but we got 6 honey mustard instead of the honey we ordered. We ate the fries and threw away 40 nuggets.

• 06/12/24it was absolutely horrible the chicken McNuggets ordered them a couple times before and they were mediocre I wish they would fry them fresh, and then I also wanted a quarter pounder with cheese but I'm not paying $18 for another delivery which is only a few miles away that was supposed to be on the order also the chicken McNuggets were horrible
