I expect a Big Mac to be messy while eating but not a disaster when you open the box. Had to put the entire sandwich back together.
The ice tea tasted like it was made days ago.
Very disappointed in entire Big Mac® Meal.

The one closer to me at Tates Cree Ctr always messes up our orders every time. This store is just a bit further away but is always hot and everything is there. Seriously if you get a drink shouldn't you honestly get a straw??? 😂😂.

missing a drink, food was entirely messed up. big macs didn't have the big Mac sauce, fries were only half full. and there was a patty missing on one of the big Mac's. when we called McDonald's they were very rude and straight up hung up on me.

for the price I paid for a basket of fries, the portion size was underwhelming. I had about as much as a med fry does.

I order a large fry and it's half empty, this is one of many times ordering from this establishment that this has happened. You have a 40% chance you just get screwed over on fries and they are cold. Everything else is fine.
