• 17/10/25The Benton Harbor location is usually good when we go there but we had a very different experince with delivery. Nuggets were the best quality thing we got. Fries were half empty, burgers tasted old, and one had a stale bun. We were even missing some food from our order. I do not recommend ordering from the Benton Harbor store.

• 02/09/24My food is old as you can see in the pictures the French fries are old and cold it's pieces of lettuce on my sandwich which I'm allergic to

• 18/03/26I got a 10 piece meal with a large fry and an additional medium, they gave me a medium and a small, this is not what I ordered, nor why I paid for. Not pleased.

• 02/10/24I always order ketchup and extra dehydrated onions, but I don't like the slivered onion, which is what I got!
I understand mistakes, but for the price of this stuff, it should be made how the customer asks.
