Food was prepared poorly.. very dirty.. the box isn't clean either. The burgers and its contents are everywhere. Quality wise i wont recommend. I always eat at maccas but i wont recommend this branch in mount druitt.

2 x dbl cheeseburgers & 2 x cheeseburgers were soggy & cold.
4 x sml fries were cold, dry & unsalted.
20 pk nuggets were dry, not cooked properly & tasted weird.
I ordered 2 thick shakes & 3 Raspberry & Custard Pie but didn't receive either of these items with my order. Macca's, you truly have dropped the ball on not only customer service, but also your food quality. I suggest hiring new staff who'll care. Thankfully, Doordash have a great customer support service & rectified the situation quick smart. I'm starting to notice why less people are no longer enjoying McDonald's & just choosing to go elsewhere because the food quality is shocking & the service is just as bad.

Chips or fried were packed with the drinks. Obviously will get very cold. Also the fries were half filled. The burges were deconstructed, was not put together properly.

in australia where a burger can cost upwards of 16$, this meal costed me less for more value and more size. Double Quarter Pounder
now if only they got my fries right...
