I paid extra to have French vanilla syrup added to my coffee. It was black. I ordered hot cakes and sausage but you forgot to put syrup in the bag and no utensils. Just don't make your employees rush and hurry to fulfill the order. I know it takes longer, but in the end... it's really its customer satisfaction-not the almighty dollar!

Received my order very quickly. Everything was still warm, though the temperature outside is in the teens, and was fresh. Delivery person was very friendly.
I do miss the portion ratios that McDonald's used to have with the meat though. Meat patties are getting so thin that they are turning into a condiment for a bun.

The Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal was undercooked for the third time. Literally pink in the middle. Most of the time things are good as they should be. But someone there doesn't know when meat is cooked.
