My bec biscuit was cold. My hash brown was half frozen. My Caramel Frappé didn't have any caramel and I ordered and payed for extra caramel. Will not order it again. There's 2 itty bitty pieces of bacon on the biscuit!!!!!

ordered kids 6 piece with extra fry. didn't get the extra fry. both the fries and the nuggets were very stale tasting. threw it out

On the McDouble® 2 was supposed to be regular and 2 with no onion or pickle. One of the custom one only had meat and cheese and one of the regular only had meat and cheese. Literally no sauce, nothing. Was told by the Dasher he was running late because no one seemed like they wanted to work. Seems he was correct because nothing was correct.

i ordered a simple hot chocolate, it was watered down to basically just milk which tasted spoiled, there was absolutely no chocolate taste whatsoever, no whipped cream, no chocolate drizzle, and considering i paid extra for extra additives, the quality was absolutely horrible and disappointing. The dasher, however, was absolutely incredible and was very paitient
