every time I order coffee it's wrong. $1.60 every time for the caramel to be missing!! it's ridiculous! I'm disabled I can't drive and the incompetence to not read, not put the expensive caramel in, is so frustrating!

I ordered a cappuccino with hazelnut syrup. No hazelnut syrup, and clearly they don't know how to make a cappuccino, no froth at all.
I wouldn't mind, except that I didn't get what I asked and paid for.
So no, I won't be ordering again, as I don't believe that the staff really care about customer service, and preparing the correct order.

one of the most trash meals ive ever had.every nugget was stale and inedible. thequarter pounder was ok but ever one of those 20 nuggeta waa inedible. and this is probably the10th time tbis has happened. last tike imrdering from the. i know its maccas and not to expect the greatest but homestly this is putrid
