I genuinely don’t understand why this particular McDonald’s has such a difficult time getting orders correct. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. It’s become a consistent problem.
Whether it’s receiving the wrong size items, missing ingredients, or having customization requests completely ignored, there always seems to be an issue. What’s especially frustrating is that the special instructions are clearly printed on the order labels attached to the packaging, yet somehow they’re still overlooked.
If a customer pays for a specific item and takes the time to customize their order, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect to receive what they actually ordered. When ingredients are missing, the food obviously doesn’t taste the way it’s supposed to. Those ingredients are there for a reason, and leaving them off completely changes the flavor.
And then there’s the presentation. The food is consistently thrown together with what appears to be very little care or effort. Honestly, there are times when it looks like a toddler was responsible for assembling the burger. I don’t expect gourmet presentation from a fast-food restaurant, but I do expect my food to look like someone put at least a little effort into making it.
I understand mistakes happen, and I certainly don’t expect perfection. However, when the same issues occur repeatedly, it stops feeling like an occasional mistake and starts looking like a lack of attention to detail.
At this point, getting exactly what I ordered, with all the correct ingredients and assembled halfway decently, would be a pleasant surprise. And honestly, that’s pretty ridiculous.
On a positive note, the cookies were correct. So apparently, there’s still hope.

I payed for extra egg an extra bacon which added more money to my meal and didn't receive it. This happens all the time from the McDonald's on 26th street.
