Staff was horrible to deal with. Waited 20 min for order even though app said it was ready before I arrived. Was missing multiple items. Staff was extremely rude when I told them about items missing

The chocolate shake I paid extra for came as a seriously watered-down orange soda, the double quarter pounder I asked for extra ketchup, extra mustard and no pickles but instead got no mustard, normal ketchup and pickles and the fries and chicken nuggets were room temperature at best and obviously old.
I have been ordering on DD for like a decade and don't think I have ever had an order this bad and I'm really sorry that it was.Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal

it was fine. however I am a little upset that I didn't get what I paid for and then when I went to complain they said they couldn't do anything about it
