My food was nice and hot taste was great freshness great and the portion was right . I would definitely order it the same way next time . I enjoyed my meal thank you

The biBIG ARCH™ Meal was lot bigger than what I had expected and it was fresh with a much different taste than the other burgers. Each burger patty was a lot bigger than the standard sized burger like the Big Mac® . I would deftry this again. Both are good and arrived fresh. The fries were a little cold but my air fryer fixed tha quickly.

This is second time I've ordered the Big Arch. Both times I've asked for no crispy onions or slivered onions. Each time, when I get my burger, there's an order sticker that says "only big arch sauce, only shredded lettuce". If I wanted only those toppings,I would've specified that on DoorDash! I didn't say no cheese!

HORRIBLE. The nuggets and fries I got were cold, stale and inedible. The cookies were completely burnt. Don't make the mistake of ordering from here. It's always bad, but today was the worst ever.

Getting a refund for the wrong dipping sauce does not account for my meal being ruined because of the wrong dipping sauce. Great, I got a .93 refund on a $10 meal that I won't enjoy because I dont have the correct dipping sauce.
