Impressed by their packaging and they're always quick. Love their burgers but can't eat cheese and unfortunately they always leave the cheese on the burger even though I always ask for it to be removed. Otherwise great.

Triple Cheeseburger patties burnt and dry (looked like Culver's burgers ) not the first time our food was like this from this location.
Also my driver did not follow instructions just set food out side door and did not knock as ihad asked

I order the same type of Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal without pickles and onion... only ketchup. But this time it had the special order sticker, but had everything on it. This location is usually really good about this, but yeah.
