French fries were old and hard. Freeze was melted out as of it sat forever before being picked up so it was just syrup when I received it. And I got no sauces after paying for 6 of them. Very poor service. I keep hoping it gets better each time I order from here or even when I pick it up myself and it's always something with them.

Once again order was incomplete. My coffee was not sent! This is third time in a row I have ordered from here and items are missing all three times
