It’s frustrating enough to get home after going through the drive-thru only to discover your order was made incorrectly. Unfortunately, what was even more disappointing was the customer service I received when I called the store to have the issue corrected.
Instead of listening to my concern, the shift leader repeatedly talked over me, was dismissive, and displayed an unprofessional attitude. As a customer, I wasn’t looking for an argument. I simply wanted my order made right.
Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What separates a great restaurant from a poor one is how those mistakes are handled. In this case, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service was far more disappointing than the incorrect order itself.
I hope management addresses both order accuracy and customer service training because every customer deserves to be treated with respect.

The coffee tasted weird and they gave me the wrong size coffee I ordered a large but got a medium I wouldn't order it again and just waste my money

Had to add a snack wrap to get the $5 off deal, which seemed great bc the snack wrap was $3 and change. Thennnnnn, the store didn't give us the snack wrap.
