drinks were great pancakes were good and the sandwiches were hot and delicious. but there was no butter no utensils nor syrup for the pancakes

I ordered a Big Mac meal with an unsweetened iced tea and I think they gave me sweetened. When I added my customary Splenda packet it was way too sweet and that never happened before. This time around there was WAY too much Mac sauce on my burger. It made eating the Big Mac very messy and awkward as everything came squishing out the sides. Everything tasted great tho, except the tea, and the fries were perfect! So there's a plus. Usually my regular McDs is on point. They must have been busy or new people put the order together and didn't know what they were doing. But, it happens and I ate my meal regardless. Still lovin' it!

Every time I order from this McDonald's they always put the French Fries upside down in the bag. It never fails. 2 orders of French Fries and they stuff them in the bag upside down. So all the fries end up in the bag. Very frustrating.

I normally don't write these but I figured this could help the location improve their services.
I won't blame my dasher for the messed up order, as they don't cook and package the food.
But I had ordered meals, well the drinks were missing entirely. I ordered my kid a happy meal 6 piece chicken nugget meal with extra fries and a toy and he ended up with a hamburger, apple slices and no toy. He didn't even get his drink so because he didn't get what he wanted, he didn't want to eat. The only thing missing from my order was my drink. However, everything was fresh and tasted good. This is a usual order for me so I'll order again. This location needs to improve on their services though.
