Upon receiving my order, I discovered that it lacked essential components. The Iced Caramel Macchiato was served without ice, milk, or caramel. Upon opening the bag, I initially mistook it for sweet tea due to its appearance. The taste was subsequently unpleasant, and the drink was served in an inappropriate cup.
Furthermore, I ordered a large fry, but it was delivered in a small portion. To add insult to injury, the sandwich I ordered was not the correct one.
Overall, my experience was disappointing.

Poor customer service. Everything I ordered wasn't made right. Nuggets tasted old, fries was cold , one of my double cheeseburgers didn't have a patty on it... just cheese, ketchup , mustard , pickles and onions.

13 Cookie Tote and Big Mac® were extremely old i see why they giving it out free. I probably wouldn't order from here again

My 10 piece nugget was very hot, crispy, and tasted great! French Fries were cold, wouldn't order those again.

my order usually be right but today when placed an order and received it I was missing alot of items .. they forgot everything, drink not the right drink and it taste like medicine, I paid extra for an apple pie just to not receive it, missing a thing of medium fries, burger not the right size/missing some parts from it ! Idk McDonald's just disappointed me today ... not to mention the drink wasn't filled all the way ... I put pctures of what I received and was supposed to receive below . (Might be a lil blurry )
