Half my order was missing from Popeyes and it didn't taste freshly made. McDonald's did get my pie order right. Ordered surf and turf and two can dine, missing fries, the whole surf and turf order and my coleslaw container was less than half full, tenders from the two can dine order were tough and the biscuits were hard. My Apple Pie from McDonald's was fresh and warm.

Stop packaging hot food with cold ice cream and drinks. The McDonald's right up the street packages their orders properly to ensure cold food stays cold and hot food stays hot. Putting hot cheeseburgers and fries on top of cold drinks and ice cream ruins both.

First time order @ 6:30 am, I got a wonderful surprise a fresh warm
Biscuit, even the double scrambled eggs were not densely hardish and the sausage was freshly grilled no hard edges & finally the hash brown was warm crunchy but not hardish

My Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles®came hot and amazing and my Caramel Frappé was a lil slushie but it's amazing Mcdonalds never seizes to amaze me
