Fries were nothing but lumps of grease that probably had been re dropped and only half full, patty on quarter pounder wasn't fully cooked and no straw was sent for the drink. Awful service.

The fries were undercooked and maybe half way filled in the box. There were no straws and no sauce that we ordered.

Our order was almost 100 and we had 4 cheeseburgers and they were all made incorrectly and burned. We were also missing fries.

they did not put the espresso I paid extra for in it. this isn't the first time they did this either. I usually ask the driver to make sure they put it in my coffee but I was too busy to text the driver.

Quite possibly the worst Filet-O-Fish® Meal I have ever had. The fish was burnt and the half of piece of cheese on it was burnt to the fish. I was so upset.
