My cookies were fresh hot and soft like I like them and my mom's chicken sandwich was hot and tasty just as she likes it and my dasher was very polite and nice.

Fries are always underdone and only half filled on a large on late night order!

The fries were horrible and not cooked or they were soggy. The bacon on my son's cheeseburger was not cooked all the way either. Horrible.

False advertising. Not crispy, more of a soggy sandwich. And for something that has "Ranch" in the name, it barely has more than a few drops of it at the center.
