I ordered a large fry and got a small fry. Only mayo in the middle of the burger with made hitting the middle horrible

I ordered an apple pie and receivvd some kind of custard type pie. it definitely wasnt apple.
Fries were cold, they are usually a little warm but not this time.
The big machines was hardand stale.
