The 2 Cheeseburger Meal is a great deal but they prepared the burgers in a rush that the meat wasn't even inside the bun!

I ordered the Double Bacon Quarter Burger, but I only received one patty with mustard and ketchup. It was completely wrong and a mess. And when I tried to complain, they were no help at all.
