Fries were undercooked and I asked for two larger orders and half of the container was filled. Obvious these were not fresh and were extremely soggy.

I ordered pancakes and was not sent any butter and no syrup. This has happened before but it seems to happen every time I order pancakes.
The Hash Brown Potatoes were both Overcooked-Brown and Hard.
These were the reasons for the low rating.

This is my favorite breakfast to order. It was so yummy and tasted fresh. The portion size was perfect I will definitely order again

Never sent the 10 piece McNuggets! It was considered a promo part of the meal. I never received them. I still game a five star review because I normally receive great service at this location.
