• 23/07/25Big Arch was falling apart with sauce on the outside of the bun. Chips and Chicken McNuggets - 10pc were fresh and tasty, classic comfort food. Choc Custard Pie McFlurry is a solid portion. Would’ve given 5 stars but the Big Arch let it down.

• 25/03/26I keep ordering from this McDonald’s, and the same issues happen every time — missing items in my order are never fixed, and my iced coffee always comes without a straw. Do they expect customers to keep straws at home? On top of that, the beef is consistently dry, making the burgers disappointing. Accuracy and quality clearly aren’t priorities here.

• 11/08/24Food was disgusting. Not fresh at all. Both burgers had old, dry meat patties. Fries were not fresh. Cold and wrinkled. Disappointed

• 30/03/24I ordered 20 mcnuggets and only received half, aswell i ordered a Coke Zero Sugar which was quite nice but had to drink from the cup as no straw was given.

• 23/06/26I ordered a hot fudge sundae and they gave it in an open container and had not even closed it for delivery. I'd order extra hot fudge sauce that they packaged so horribly that it had leaked all over the bag and it was disgusting and there was no more hot fudge actually left on the icecream. Incredibly horrible service, I will never order from this place ever again.
