They kept the driver waiting more than 15 minutes for a 13 Cookie Tote and then the cookies weren't even put in the bags so we never got them. We got no straws for 4 large drinks and despite them sticking the order receipt to the bag, they sent wrong items. This location is terrible after about 3pm in my experience.

MY MAIN COMPLAINT WAS COLD FRIES AND A MCFLURRY THAT WAS 99% ICECREAM AND 1% OREO. NOT THE NORMAL OREO MCFLURRY. TRIPLE BURGER WAS OKAY AND SWEET TEA WAS AWESOME. I JUST PICKED THE WRONG TIME TO ORDER DINNER FOOD DELIVERY! THIS STORE IS USUALLY PERFECT.

I loved how my meal was packaged and sealed. My Caramel Frappe was neatly in a drink holder sealed in the bag and it was fresh not melted or watery. It was as if I got it from the drive-thru myself.
