Everything in the order was perfect, all special requests were completed. You rarely get that with upscale restaurants anymore!

I ordered two 10 pieces with the buy one get one promotion and only received 8 nuggets in each! I planned on sharing these evenly with others so I'm actually upset they shorted me the extra nuggets.

I am not sure as to why am I cleaning cooking oil from the cup lip, the picture is the napkin I used which came all from the cup itself even the flaky mess that was around the rim. Also, why is grease inside of my COFFEE!! This mess is literally separating from the coffee.

I really dislike this location. Something is always wrong with the order here. The only reason I ordered from this location this time was for my nephew for the Happy Meal Toy and it came with two drinks and the toy missing. That really disappointed me and my nephew.
