It's hit or miss with this store. Sometimes food is hot and packaged well that shows the care the employees have, and then others where it is cold and made sloppily, showing how unimportant it is to show pride in their work. IMO they should take ice cream products off the menu since the machine seems to be down all the time.

I made this order since the first order didn't include my hash browns or a sandwich.
the hash browns I received were half cooked. They were gross I tossed them in the trash.
I don't know who was managing this morning but they need help

No salt on my cold fries. The burger was okay but for the price not worth it. The wrap was good.

I ordered 2 of the big Big Breakfast® with Hotcakes and 1 came like it is supposed to, the other showed up with the egg they put on egg mcmuffins. Ordered a side of pancakes and didn't get those. Can't provide butter or plastic ware to eat. What's so hard about sending the correct order?
