• 22/12/23I'm from San Francisco and visiting my sister here. I always search for boba tea stores and not many to find. So glad to find Milk Cha Cha close by and the tea is strong, the boba is tasty, soft and chewy. Will order again when I am in Charlotte again.

• 03/01/26Unmixed, no straw to drink the large BOBA pieces and it taste like nothing. I most likely will not order from here again, especially not close to closing time since it seems the workers were very annoyed to have to make my drinks!

• 27/08/24No. 1 Darjeeling Milk Tea Thai Tea Milk Tea I've had a lot of Boba tea I was excited about this place cuz of all of the reviews but when we got her tea it tasted like I had been sitting in a container way too long and was super bitter an old tasting I don't know if they were just having an off day but we probably won't be ordering it again
