Presentation of both desserts is lovely.
Tiramisu is very light and uplifting, just as the name suggests it should be. There is a dusting of mild shaved chocolate on top. Ladyfingers are fresh and not sodden. I prefer no chocolate with my tiramisu, but this is still a very lovely dessert, and, I think, among the better tiramisus to be found in the Portland area.
Prugne giulebbate is really excellent, and a rare find! What a delightfully simple and yet satisfying dessert. Quite sweet, though balanced out by the fresh mascarpone. A perfect consistency, not overwhelmingly alcoholic, and as pleasing to my adult self as to the child self who would have drunk straight from a bottle of syrup, given the chance.

The only reason why I didn't mark them as consistent is because I've never had them before. The food was FANTASTIC though, and I was blown away by their Tiramisu! Other places offer it and because of what it is, it's good— but thank goodness Mingo knows how to actually do it RIGHT! WOW!

I've ordered the Penne al Sugo di Carne in the restaurant multiple times and never once received such a small portion, let alone for $33.
