• 29/10/24Loved it! They also pay attention to any extra notes and I appreciate it!! I highly recommend the Kunafa with Pistachios (No Cheese) and Egyptian Rice Pudding if you want a sweet treat with your meal!!

• 10/08/25Mr Shawarma never misses! The portions are generous and every bite is fresh and delicious. My first time ordering the sobia smoothie and it rivals the ones sold on street corners in the Middle East. All the yums!

• 07/07/25This place is amazing. Moving from an area that had an abundance of halal restaurants, I'm beyond thrilled this is here in Bham. The Beef Shawarma Quesadilla is phenomenal. Always order Side Jumbo Chicken Tenders (3 Piece) cause its very obviously fresh and we love leftovers. That spicy Garlic sauce hits every time and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

• 31/08/25Its my first time trying Mr. Shawarma after my Uber driver recommended it. I was worried that I wouldn't like it BUT everything is fresh and delicious. I would absolutely order again. The batter on the Side Onion Rings was crunchy and good but the Chicken Shawarma Bowl was too notch. Not fo mention.. the portion size is large.

• 29/05/24This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the falafel wrap (which, given the price, strangely does not come with a side included) and an order of baklava. The falafel was sadly underwhelming due to its lack of seasoning and the tahini did not really help as it was quite flavorless too. It was just very dry and very filling. The baklava was good! I received 3 pieces instead of 2 which I would never complain about. It was tasty but lacked pistachio flavor and more syrup to help the layers stick together better. Overall three stars; it was not great but it wasn't horrible.
