The food was great, cheese on the burgers was so tasty and melty. And the fries were spicy. But they did forget our additional burger toppings that cost extra.

this isn't the first time ordering from here. However, thiswas the first time I was diappointed withmy order.
One burger was oordered with letruce and no onions. No lettuce was added.On burger number 2, we wanted onion. No onions were on te burger.
Both burgers were bland tasting. Also, the buns were definitely not as fresh as I have had in the past.
I feel the quality has fallen since my last order. I bragged to my wife about how pleased I had been with the burgers in the past. This was not how I wanted to introduce her to a different burger.

I got the Chandler Style and Signature Crinkle Fries. The burger had WAY too much pepper seasoning on it, it was just overpowering. The fries were good. Kind of greasy (even for fries) but I would eat them again

was awful had nothing on burger meat barely any cheese no flavor . tasted awful...fries were horrible. it was awful. i have literally eaten a frozen birger that tasted better than this and that was disgusting as well. You have to try to make somerhing awful to turn out like this.there was nothing good about it.i dont know how youcould make a simple burger and fries crinkle cut fries this bad . maybe they were trying to do a school lunch meal idk.
