• 03/09/25I enjoyed the Gilroy Roll and Croquettes very much. The menu seemed to offer more of a variety by way of sushi options, than other places in town. Everything always tastes fresh. The portions are good for the cost. The potato Croquette is tasty. Light and crispy on the outside; soft, mashed, flavorful potato inside. I have tried other sushi places in Gilroy. I keep going back to Ninja Sushi.

• 17/04/25My wife was happy with her meal. She loves the Salmon Teriyaki & California Rolls.
However I am disappointed with Ninja taking 25 minutes to confirm my order back to me. Ultimately waiting one hour for the food.
