I've been in person here before and it is always sooo good. 10/10 atmosphere if you’re eating in person, and the food brings the ambience to your living room if you’re at home. I am vegan and I got the miso tofu ramen last time, and the tofu curry ramen this time. I always get a tofu bun, too. So so so good, every single time. I asked for medium spice in my curry ramen tonight and it was SUPER hot and I don’t find myself to be very sensitive to spicy foods so maybe go with mild if you’re not into heavy heat. amazing ramen just an absolute RDU gem.

• 3 days agoThe fried tofu has no flavor /: was expecting more..at least some salt. The Enoki Mushroom came unfried? For almost $45 after getting a few small things, not really impressed :( The S1. Fried Baby Veggies Rolls had good flavor but barely any veggies compared to ones I've had elsewhere..

• 10/03/26We love the Tonkatsu ramen. Best tonkatsu in the Teiangle.
Chaso pork over rice with the soft boiled eggs ordered extra we have yet to be even mildly disappointed with anything from Noodle Blvd. The staff is always gracious, kind and accommodating with a tree nut allergy and a shellfish allergy among our party.

• 13/09/24Everything has been consistently great: gyoza is good and less expensive than at other restaurants. Hard to find duck at other restaurants and they have it in stock all the time. I do not recommend the short rib ramen unless you are ok getting out a cutting board to cut it up before eating. It is not manageable otherwise. Otherwise this has been a very consistent winner with us.

• 14/05/26It smelled so good after I opened the bag, I couldn't wait longer to take a photo! Im somewhat glad I didn't because it was sooo good.
It was a great portion, with a lot of broth after I ate the ramen and the flavor was perfect. Even the chili oil I got and poured in. It was spicy but not chokingly spicy.
I can't wait to get again.
