The restaurant ran out of an ingredient but made me 2 delicious sandwiches after contacting me. the lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating. good coffee, too! very impressed.

So impressed with this bakery! I placed a large order for my husband's birthday from
afar for him and his friends to enjoy. Not only did the food come promptly as scheduled, the bakery went above and beyond to write out my digital note on all the bags to make it extra special. Thank you SO much!!

I especially love the Nova Era on Geary Drive, and needed to comment specifically on my orders from the Caledonia location. It's quite inconsistent, the tosta mista order was prepped using regular bread the first time, and now it's on the actual bun HOWEVER, there is only one little slice of presunto (compared to my last order) and I don't even know if they included the cheese?? And when did the natas get so small?

My coworkers and I are hooked on your Shrimp Patty and Codfish Roll ! They taste incredible. However the Chocolate Eclair is not like the picture..it has custard like a Boston Creme rather than the Real whip cream which I was hoping for:(
