I did order a Pad Thai, but this time wasn't that good, didn't like it. The noodles were so dry that were hard and kind of glued together. Not a pleasant experience.
I think they have changed the chef because it was not this bad the last time I ordered from OSHA,

I've been to other Osha locations and this one on Montgomery might be the best one yet.

Pad Se-Ew was mostly just modeled. Very little meet and almost no vegetable.
