This was, by a ridiculous margin, the worst shawarma I've ever experienced in 40 years. I ordered the XL Shawarma Wrap and it consisted of more sauce and lettuce than anything else with just enough meat and vegetables to suggest that they were present. I stopped eating after about 4 bites because it was absolutely disgusting. After peeling the abysmal soggy mess open to see what was inside, I threw it into my compost. the Dubai Crunch (2 pieces) weren't far behind in quality, lacking the mouth feel and crunch that one would expect from a Middle Eastern desert, tasting more akin to a low quality, mass produced Nanaimo Bar left in the sun, but with pistachio. To call this the Taco Bell of shawarma experiences would be an insult to Taco Bell. Other reviews demonstrate that this isn't a mistake or a disgruntled employee, but rather a trend. Had I been served this in-house, I would have had it re-made or demanded a refund. A disgrace to Middle Eastern cuisine.

SAJ Lamb Shawarma Wrap was barely even wrapped, loose with barely anything inside.
Chicken Shawarma Wrap had thick pita that was dry, broken and falling off in parts and soggy in other parts. The chicken must have been left over scraps, was pretty much mush.
I've ate here before and liked it, but this was terrible.
At least the Chicken Shawarma Poutine was ok.

Fries were cold, wrap was to spicy and my salad had no toppings, if I go in store and order fattoush salad it has all the toppings why wouldn't it be the same if I order on the app.
