The bad reviews are lies, my review is real. 2 things are certain-Halloween is coming soon and i will order from here a lot for as long as i can. Im a regular now baybee!rice was very yummy, my Beef Shawarma Wrap Combo, divine :chefkiss: i split it with my boyfriend, very affordable! whatever youre doing over there with the spices, my tummy and my wallet thank you. I used to order Osmos all the time, like multiple times a week during the pandemic. Almost always I'd get the On the On The ROCKS® dishes. On a good day, which they'd have constantly, the chicken would have a nice char to it, the rice would be perfectly cooked, and the sauce would be just right. Just enough to coat everything but not too much to soak the dish. Over the past year the quality has gone down and it has been very inconsistent. You don't get a good day anymore. The chicken is usually dry or under seasoned, the garlic sauce is lathered on so it overpowers everything, and the rice is wet. Sometimes the rice okay. I feel like they changed their source of everything. The garlic and tahini don't taste the same, the chicken is worse quality, and it's like they use a low quality grain of rice now. I will order from Osmos regularly because I'm chasing that high from before things changed. Now I don't think I'll order from them again.

I’m very disappointed with my order. The food was delivered cold, and the Beef Shawarma Wrap was undercooked. Unfortunately, the Chicken Shawarma Wrap Box had the same problem. This was very disappointing.

First time, last time customer. Tried the chicken Shawarma Wrap and was very disappointed with the quality of the meat - some gristle, fat, really not appealing. Garlic sauce was also very sweet without much of a hint of garlic.

I was really disappointed with this order. I received the wrong item (beef instead of chicken), and it was cold when it arrived. I asked for “a little spicy,” but it was extremely spicy. Some pieces of the shawarma were almost flat, with barely any meat or toppings inside. Definitely wouldn't order again.
