I was blown away at how good the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl was. The portion was small for the price but it was still worth it!

I have ordered this in the past and the size was their typical bagel size. Now the last 2x I've ordered this (1st time trying to give benefit of the doubt) it is extremely smaller. Tastes great. But very disappointed with the decrease in size.

The bread on the chicken sandwich was hard and stale. The Thai soup was thin, bland, and pretty much the worst I ever had. In true Panera fashion...they forgot my chips, AGAIN. Honestly, I've only ever had poor experiences with this particular Panera. It's definitely not up to par with the others.

the new NEW Tomato Basil BLT was terrible. it looked nothing like the picture. it had hardly anything on it. About half the sandwich was just lettuce and bread. VERY little bacon or tomato. Will not order again.

Hardly any chicken salad on it and some of the lettuce was slimy. Have eaten here many times and never had this issue.
